GDPR Compliance
Last updated: October 22, 2026
This page describes the site's current data practices for visitors in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and Switzerland. It should be read alongside the privacy policy. It does not claim that the current setup complies with every law that may apply.
Data controller
The site is published as HomeMeasureCalc. The responsible person's or legal entity's name and postal address have not been provided for publication. For data-protection requests, contacthello@homemeasurecalc.com.
What personal data is processed
The calculators themselves collect nothing — every calculation runs in your browser, and the numbers you enter are never sent to our servers. The personal data actually processed on this site currently comes from Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
- GA4 may process usage and technical information sent by your browser. See Google's Privacy Policy for details. This site does not currently serve ads or use Google AdSense.
Analytics and consent
GA4 currently loads when you visit the site. There is no consent-management platform or analytics consent prompt, and no on-site control to withdraw consent. We have not assessed or verified the legal basis required for analytics in every visitor's location. This page is a factual disclosure, not a statement that the current analytics setup is compliant.
Browser cookie settings may limit or delete stored cookies but may not prevent all analytics requests while GA4 is loaded.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of any personal data held about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction — request that processing of your data be limited.
- Portability — request your data in a portable format, where applicable.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest, including for advertising.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw previously given consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Since the calculators do not collect or store personal data themselves, requests about analytics data should identify the relevant browser, device, and visit details where possible.
International data transfers
Google may process analytics information in locations outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. SeeGoogle's Privacy Policyfor information about its data practices and safeguards.
Data retention
Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. We have not verified the data-retention setting for this site's GA4 property; see Google's documentation and the property's settings for the applicable retention period.
How to exercise your rights
To make a request regarding your personal data, or to withdraw or ask a question about analytics data, contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This page is general information, not legal advice. The data controller identity and address, analytics consent approach, and GA4 retention settings still need to be confirmed. Consult a qualified professional about the requirements for the locations where the site is available.
